With a five-part training program for doctoral candidates, the University Library offers support throughout all stages of the doctoral process. In our 90-minute sessions, you will receive practical guidance on literature research and management, enhancing the visibility of research outputs, the publication process, and research data management.

Winter Semester:
In this session, you will deepen the research and information retrieval skills acquired during your studies and apply them effectively to your dissertation topic. Participation is recommended during the initial phase of the doctoral program.

Summer Semester:
This module provides an overview of strategies to enhance your academic visibility and research impact. Learn how key bibliometric indicators are measured and applied to your work. Gain practical experience using the major citation databases Web of Science and Scopus. Explore how academic identity management and scholarly social networks can strengthen the visibility of your research.
Recommendation: Prior participation in Module 1 is advised.
