The 3G rule for entering the reading rooms has been scrapped as of 4 April 2022. The FFP2 mask mandate on all connecting corridors and areas in the library buildings is maintained.
Face masks do not have to be worn while stationary at the designated desks and scanning stations.
However, in view of to the current infection rate, which is still very high, it is recommended that you keep your mask on even while seated at your desk or working at a scanning station.
