Previously, it was possible to select the “Staatliche Bibliothek” in Michaeligasse as an alternative issue location when ordering books. This will no longer be the case from 20 June 2024 as part of the State Library's switch to an own library system. In future, ordered media will only be made available in the collection area of the Central Library. Media ordered for issue at the “Staatliche Bibliothek” by 19 June can still be collected there until 1.30 p.m. on 28 June 2024.
