Furthermore, Beck-online holds current court rulings and a number of form collections.

The German-language e-books of academic publishing house Duncker & Humblot are licensed to the University computer network. Subjects covered are law and political science, published from 2011 onwards.

The licensing model allows users to read the e-books online using their web browsers. Please note you will need to have Adobe Flash Player enabled to view this content. To use other functions, such as copying text passages or saving individual pages (up to 30 at a time in protected pdf format) require that you set up a free account by clicking on 'register'. You may print up to 10 pages at a time.

Access to licensed form Proquest eBook Central Portal via InfoGuide. National licences of the German Research FoundationE-book collections with a national licence

The national licences project, financed by the German Research Foundation (DFG), aims to provide German higher education institutions with improved specialist information.
National licences afford free access to databases, digital text collections and electronic journals. You may conduct cross-disciplinary searches in these databases.

 


EBSCOhost eBook Collection, formerly NetLibrary

In addition to some 1,000 e-books covering Business Administration and Economics, Science and Engineering, Social and Behavioural Sciences, Humanities and Area Studies which are freely available on the Internet, the University Library has 3,400 e-books licensed to the University computer network.
